Note 1: If the microphone is not working upon first use, please check if the "microphone button" is muted, and toggle it to the unmuted status.

Note 2: An extra Xbox Adapter (not included) is required when connecting to an old version Xbox 1 controller. Ensure the adapter is tightly connected to the controller to avoid static sound.

Note 3: When using the headset on a PC, connect the "1-to-2 3.5mm audio jack splitter cable" (Red-Mic, Green-Audio). The USB connector cable is only for powering the RGB lights, which can only be lit up when your device has a USB port.
